Vegetable stews are ideal for starting solid food after the 4th month. For slightly older children there are menus. After the 8th month, the junior jars are very suitable for the period of adaptation to the food of the whole family, as they have a somewhat denser consistency.
Preparation:
- Heat the desired amount in a bain-marie.
- Shake the puree and let it cool down to a temperature suitable for consumption.
