Tips & Tricks:
Damaged hair: Once or twice a week, massage 1 to 3 tablespoons of avocado oil into clean, damp hair. Warm the oil with your hands and massage from roots to ends. Finish by working your way down to the scalp, relaxing it well. Wrap in a warm towel for 1 hour to overnight. Rinse with a mild shampoo. Hair will be strengthened, softened, and smoothed.
