Menstruasan is a dietary supplement that helps maintain comfort before and during the menstrual cycle due to its chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus) content. The chasteberry belongs to the Verbenaceae family, with a trunk divided from the base into numerous ash-gray branches. It can reach up to 6 meters in height; its young, square branches are covered with gray hairs. The leaves are opposite, elongated, and pointed, divided into five to seven segments. The flowers range from bluish-purple to pinkish-red and are grouped on long, loose, straight, apical spikes. The fruit is fleshy, like a peppercorn, and contains four spicy, aromatic seeds. It blooms in midsummer, from August to September. Instructions for use 15 drops diluted in a little water, 2 times a day 15 minutes before meals.
