Marnys® Oregano Essential Oil is 100% pure and chemotyped, i.e. it has a defined composition and is 100% of natural origin. Oregano has been obtained by steam distillation and has not been denatured or mixed with other oils, which ensures the properties of the essential oil.
Marnys® Oregano Essential Oil contains the following chemotypes: carvacrol and medicinal-cymene, its colour and appearance is colourless from yellow to dark brown, with a characteristic aromatic, phenolic and spicy flavour, properties that favour food taste. Marnys® Oregano Essential Oil is food grade. Oregano is well known for giving an ''Italian taste'' to Mediterranean cuisine. It is usually used to enhance the flavours of a great variety of foods including pizza, pasta sauce, legumes, chillies or salads.
Instructions for use:
-Always take it diluted, 1-2 drops, in 250 g of food (juice, infusion, salad,...) Maximum 3 times a day.
