The Aromanoctis sleep honey-based preparation promotes sleep and rest if taken during the ritual before going to sleep. With a sweet and pleasant flavor, it can be taken pure or diluted in a hot drink.

Dosage

It is advisable to mix before use. From 7 to 12 years old: mix 1 teaspoon of dessert (5ml) in a hot drink (milk, water, chamomile or lime infusion) before going to bed.

From 12 years: 2 dessert spoons (10ml) in a hot drink (milk, water, chamomile or linden infusion) before going to bed. It can also be taken undiluted.
